CMS: Employee Reserved Parking Space

Reserved parking spaces are available in four locations:

1. 1st floor of Parking Garage #1 (550 W. State St) ($35/month)
2. 1st floor of Parking Garage #2, 608 W. Washington St) ($35/month)
3. 2nd floor of Parking Garage #2, 608 W. Washington St) ($35/month)
4. Surface lot on N side of PTC (450 W. State St) ($35/month)

Request to be added to the waiting list:

BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, YOU ARE NOT COMMITTING TO ACCEPTING A SPACE WHEN ONE BECOMES AVAILABLE.

When you are offered a space, you may choose to decline it. However, after THREE declines, your name will be moved to the bottom of the list. If you leave employment in the Capitol Mall, you will be removed from the waiting list. If you then return to employment in the Capitol Mall, you may request to be added to the list again, but you will not retain your original position. You may also choose to be removed from the list at any time. However, if you then choose to be re-added to the list, you will be added at the end (not in your original position). You also agree to paying the monthly cost of a reserved parking space at rate that is current when the offer is made. At present, the rate is $35.00 per month, but this is subject to change in future.

After submitting your request, you will receive a reply as confirmation of your addition to the list. Sorry, we are not able to accept requests to be added to the list in person or by phone. If you change agencies, it is your responsibility to keep us updated of your contact information. When a space becomes available for you, we will make every effort to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, you will be removed from the list. If you request to be re-added to the list, you will be added at the end (not in your original position).

You can confirm your current position on the waiting list by contacting parking@adm.idaho.gov and providing your ID (if available).
