NOTE! When we provide room setups, we follow social distancing requirements, meaning that room capacities are reduced by 60-75%. See the “SETUP LIMITATIONS” section below for more info.

Equipment: What we have and can provide is listed here under each room. We do not have additional equipment for use or rent.

  • FEE:
    • Half day (8:00am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-5:00pm) = $30
    • Full day = $50
  • LOCATION: Joe R. Williams Bldg, 700 W. State Street, Boise, 1st floor, west side
  • MAX CAPACITY: 100 (per Fire Marshall)
  • EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE: 85 chairs, 13 tables 3’x6′, 3 tables 2’x6′, 2 quarter-circle tables, lectern (with speaker & one gooseneck mic), whiteboard, white screen (no projector provided). (Note! The lectern has ONE integrated microphone – instructions for use here.) NOTE: You will see additional equipment in the room, including a ceiling-mounted projector. This is part of an AV system that is not yet complete or available.
  • INTERNET ACCESS: Wifi network Guest.Idaho.gov is available. For password: https://intranet.idaho.gov/StateWifi/
  • POTS PHONE LINE: One line, 208-334-2294 (you must provide phone). Local outgoing calls only.
  • VOIP PHONE LINE: Room has some IP phone capability, but your IP device configuration must be modified to work. Device not provided in room, you must supply your own. Email servicedesk@its.idaho.gov one week in advance for help.

  • STAGE: There is no stage/raised platform in this room.

  • LOCATION: Len B. Jordan Bldg, 650 W. State Street, Boise, basement, across from Idaho Central Credit Union
  • MAX CAPACITY: 30 (per Fire Marshall)
  • EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: 24 chairs,1 large conference table with seating for 20, 1 table (2’x6′), lectern, whiteboard, white screen (no projector provided)
  • INTERNET ACCESS: Wifi network Guest.Idaho.gov is available. For password: intranet.idaho.gov/StateWifi. Note: there is NO network drop (wall Ethernet connection) in this room.
  • POTS PHONE LINE: One line, 208-334-2005 (you must provide phone). Use the port on the wall opposite the door labelled, “POLYCOM.” There are ports labelled “C3” and “C4,” and these will not work. Local outgoing calls only.
  • ROOM SIZE: 573 square feet. Room layout is fixed, and conference table cannot be moved.
  • FEE: $50
  • COST: 0-9 hours = $50
  • LOCATION: Borah Bldg, 304 N. 8th Street, Boise, 2nd floor

  • NOTE: Jury box seats along the east wall are for display only, and may not be used.

SETUP LIMITATIONS

  • Room setups must be requested 1 week in advance, and the first hour of your reservation must be available for setup, so that we can schedule necessary staff resources. Make reservations accordingly.
  • Maximum Functional Capacity for setups WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING:
    • West Conference Room
      • U-Shaped = 9 people
      • Conference Style = 12 people
      • Auditorium = 27 people (some seats will be behind post)
      • Classroom Style = 14 people
    • East Conference Room
      • U-Shaped = 9 people
      • Conference Style = 12 people
      • Auditorium = 28 people (some seats will be behind post)
